Almost. Brltty now runs on the Android emulator. I'm just waiting to get my 
hands on a real Android device in order to add Bluetooth support since the 
emulator doesn't support Bluetooth.

One easy way for anyone with an Android device to help would be to be sure that 
ADB (the Android Debug Bridge) is running on it, and then to make the device 
internet-accessible so that I can connect to and work on it. This wouldn't be 
secure at all, so, if anyone wouldn't mind doing this, please contact me 
privately so that no one else will know who to try to hack into.
