[BRLTTY] Brltty closes when the braille device is disconnected

Before I reported the problem to the mailing list I updated to the last
revision (6579). As far as I know your patch is already included in this
revision.

I'am not absolutely sure but I think that this problem occurs since I use
Brltty (which is v4.2). I use a Baum SuperVario device via USB.
