[BRLTTY] brltty debian squeeze vmware fusion

Hi Jason,
I installed chkconfig.
It reports brltty on
But keep in mind that I already added
brl::sysinit:/bin/brlty
in inittab.
Didn't do the trick either.
Brltty is not started until I log in and start it manually from the command 
prompt.

Are you saying that BRLTTY isn't started automatically when the Debian 
system
is booted, i.e., before you get to the "login" prompt?

If so, run
chkconfig brltty
and if it reports
brltty  off
then that's your problem and you should enable it in your init scripts with
chkconfig brltty on
after which it should be started automatically when you boot the Debian
system.

If it's already enabled properly but still not starting, then you'll have to
look at log messages in /var/log/messages to find out why.
