Some braille devices require RTS/CTS flow control, and others require no flow 
control. Since this difference is a device-specific requirement, it'd be nice 
if it could be explicitly configured (perhaps as an additional field in 
grub_serial_config).

Also, some require DTR to be asserted by the host.
