[BRLTTY] Improving the speech support of brltty

The latest code now contains the ability to view the speech cursor on the 
braille display. The default is to not display it. To display it, there's a new 
preference called Show Speech Cursor. If this preference is enabled, then, just 
below it, are a number of subpreferences to configure the speech cursor.

As an added benefit to braille users, the system cursor's style can now 
additionally be set to Lower Left Dot and Lower Right Dot.
