[BRLTTY] BRLTTY and key delay

What do you mean by speech processing?

No, it occures when typing texts, like this one.
MMost offen II type words very fast and pause between teh words, therefore the
first letter offen gets doubled (see this text).

I've also tried it with speech turned off and it seems to work. The only odd
thing is that it works with speech and a key table with BRLTTY 4.2.
