[BRLTTY] Python 3 brlapi?

Hello,
As I think already mentioned to you, cython is a fork of pyrex and can 
produce both python2 and python3 bindings. While cython is based on 
pyrex, there are some differences, whether these would affect brlapi I 
don't know, but you could try compiling brlapi python bindings with cython.

Possibly better still, I will need to consider how much time I have, I 
might be able to help with this as I have created python bindings with 
cython.

Also a slight side note: I noticed your message about python3 bindings 
for liblouis, I have also done some work on those, however they use 
ctypes so such a migration might be different.
