Done. Now it shows a fractional representation if Show All Items is No, and a 
single number if Show All Items is Yes. I think this difference is probably 
enough of an indicator already.

True. This has now been done. A new command, MENU_PREV_LEVEL, has been added, 
and both TOP_LEFT and BOT_LEFT, when in the menu, are aliases for it.
