[BRLTTY] Key binding collisions with Orca.

If possible, I'd like to find some way to minimize, if not entirely eliminate, 
brltty keyboard binding collisions with Orca before 4.4 is finalized, which 
should be in only a week or so. All ideas, as usual, are welcomed.

A proposal which I've already put on the table is for brltty to switch to using 
the Tab key instead of the CapsLock key. Is that too much of a change? Is that 
too awkward to use?

Another alternative would be for brltty to continue using CapsLock but to 
change any current bindings which collide with Orca's.

Thoughts? Any other ideas?
