[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Knownothingism

Hi all,

According to my word list culled from SCOWL (Spell Checker Oriented
Word List), knownothing isn't a word. And it's handled correctly
anyway. But knownothingism misses the ing sign. The attached patch
fixes this.
