[BRLTTY] en-us contraction errors and patch: Readdress

Hi all,

Now that the US has adopted UEB I'll have to learn it. In the meantime, here 
are some fixes I suggest for the en-us-g2 table. Words include readdress, 
readapt, readd, readopt, readvance. And because readopt broke readout I had 
to put that in specifically.
