No, you shouldn't need to modify anything except to deal with the known 
CancelIoEx() problem.

This is now fixed. It wasn't a serious problem, but, yes, it was annoying, and, 
to a new builder, a bit "scary".
A number of other Windows build warnings have also now been resolved. Please 
try it again.
