[BRLTTY] Integrating LibLouise to brltty ( Writing and Reading) - Latest

One more issue related to the above call.  The output on the simulated
display there is a "text area" and a "dot area" . The  dot area is showing
up correctly. But the text are is showing ????  instead of "! abc" . Just
want to confirm Is this expected.
