The Mac OS X build of brltty is now mostly all cleaned up. Problems with poor
USB response have been fixed, and Bluetooth support has been added.

To make configuring brltty for Mac OS X easy, there's now a wrapper script in
the top-level directory called cfg-darwin. All you need to do is to run it with
no arguments. If you use it (instead of using configure directly) then, as more
Mac OS X capabilities are supported, you'll pick them up without having to
change the way you do the configure as the cfg-darwin script will be updated on
an on-going basis.

You still need the screen patch as I have absolutely no idea, at least so far,
regarding where to find Apple's accessibility interfaces. If any of you know,
please let us know and we can have a go at implementing a native screen driver.
