[BRLTTY] Creating .so file and lib/brltty after successful make install

I have been trying to see whether it is easy and feasible to use brlApis in
an application  for interacting with braille devices. (Currently not
looking for the screen reader/speech  functionality).   With the deault
brltty,  when i was trying to use  "-b xw "  option it was giving error.
In addition /include/brlapi.h' was not available to include in application.
