[BRLTTY] Contracted English braille contraction error and patch: Becc

Hi all,

Though I can't find any examples of its use among my Web-Braille books, I'm 
sure that a word beginning becc should use the cc contraction in preference 
to the be contraction. My list of words contains beccaccia and beccafico. 
Here's a patch to fix this.
