[BRLTTY] OT: Starting Orca on Ubuntu 12.04.2

The screen is displaying the desktop. How do I access it without a 
screenreader? Do I have to ask a sighted person to start Orca? What's 
the point of all this accessibility talk if I can't start the 
screenreader?
