[BRLTTY] Contracted English braille error and patch: Maneater

Hi all,

Since you can't use the ea sign in eat, you can't use it in maneater or 
maneating. These words do appear on dictionary.com though not in at least 
some spell checkers. The attached patch fixes brltty. Note that this does 
not include the fix for guesthouse which I submitted earlier.
