[BRLTTY] Success with both Seika Touchme5 and FS Pm display 40 on Android 4.1.2

Hello list,
I wanted to report that, after finding an OTG cable, I was able to 
connect both my braille displays, as per subject, to my Galaxy S III via 
usb.

This is great news for me, because it means I can use the FS display on 
my phone. This display has more keys that work with BRLTTY than the 
Seika has, which makes work easier.
