[BRLTTY] How to find Unicode characters and change their grade 2 translation?

When I found that it also broke the "o'clock" sign I saw that the errors are 
too numerous to attempt to fix. I discovered an ISO-8859-1 version of the 
book and so far haven't found any problems.

By the way, why does your mailer keep sticking Spam in the subject? I ain't 
spam. :-)
