[BRLTTY] Can't use Focus Blue 14

Hello,

I've connected a Focus Blue 14 using the fs driver, and I have continous errors
on logs. The refreshable display doesn't quit the welcome text. When the device
is connected, some keys on my normal keyboard repete themselves in a random way.

I'm using brltty 5.1 compiled on Ubuntu Trusty (in /usr/local) and the good
binary is used on the system.
