[BRLTTY] Contracted English braille errors and patch: Crosstree, Midafternoon, Middorsal

Hi all,
This is the first time I've tried submitting a patch since the switch to
Git. I wonder if this method is optimal:
I found errors in three words:
Crosstree should not use the st sign
Midafternoon should use the afternoon sign
Middorsal should not use the dd sign in my opinion
I made changes to /etc/brltty/en-us-g2.ctb. I saved the file and ran
brltty-ctb to test it. (I don't run brltty itself because I haven't bothered
to unsnarl the USB support in Cygwin.) When I verified my changes do what I
want I did:
diff -c Tables/en-us-g2.ctb /etc/brltty/en-us-g2.ctb > Crosstree.patch
Because I have a bunch of private rules I don't think are robust enough or
correct enough to inflict on others, I then edited Crosstree.patch and
deleted lines following the last valid hunk. I tested the patch file with:
patch -p0 <Crosstree.patch
It updated the file in Tables which was what I wanted so I think this file
is working properly. Is there anything different I should do to make things
more reliable or aesthetic?
