[BRLTTY] Contracted English Braille error and patch: Eyedrops

Hi all,

Eyedrops and friends (eyedropper for example) should not use the ed sign. 
This patch fixes it.

I'm also trying to retrain myself to write Braille with a capital B. NLS 
decided to write it with a small b and I jumped on the bandwagon, but 
virtually nobody else followed suit so I'll give old Louis his due and try 
to capitalize it from now on.
