[BRLTTY] Compiling in windows : Cython Not Found

Is the above correct, or did characters get lost as the points where the lines 
wrapped? Literally, the above messages are saying that the undefined symbols 
are "flockile" and "funlokile". The real symbols are, of course, "flockfile" 
and "funlockfile".
