[BRLTTY] My BRAILLEX EL 40 P C-Rev. 3.06 does not work by USB

Dave,
In fact it is an USB plug but a serial port. I ensured that kernel
module usbserial was loaded and started brltty with pm driver on device
ttyUSB0 and it worked.
