[BRLTTY] Contracted English Braille error and patch: Perin

Hi all,

Usually the letters peri that begin a word are a prefix, such as in 
perinatal. However, there is a surname Perin. In order to avoid breaking 
perinatal, which I avoided only by the skin of my brushed teeth, I had to 
insert three new lines in the contraction table, as attached.
