[BRLTTY] commile error on Debian

Hi Dave,

to be absolutely sure i erased the brltty source directory
ane recloned it completely.
but i get an error at compile about pthreads in log.c, you will see that in
compile_error than i attach.
you will also find configure.log.

i am pretty sure i missed something.
in all case, i run debian kernel 3.4.92.
and verified than libpthread is in /usr/lib
and pthread.h in place.
when i have your reply i remake and resend about esys.
