[BRLTTY] Brltty not actived focus14 on android

     Hello.
With the focus 40, it works perfectly.

      When you finish working, in 3 or 4 hours, I try to focus 14 and
say something, but it should not give any problems to be from the same
manufacturer.

       And I shall inform test.
