Mmm, it seems the BRLTTY_IF_PACKAGE macro doesn't actually provided
debugging information...
Do you have a /usr/include/libspeechd.h file?
It seems configure would not look into
/usr/include/speech-dispatcher/libspeechd.h
that should probably be fixed.
