[BRLTTY] Problem compiling BRLTTY source from Github on the latest Mac OS 10.11.x

Turns out I downloaded screen-4.3.1 and not 4.2.1. After downloading and
compiling the latter, everything seems to work fine.
I amen able to use BRLTTY with Emacs (to some extent).
