[BRLTTY] Hints for "modern" audio setup?

Why not use alsa and forget pulseaudio altogether?  If you are in gnome
you may not be able to do this, but you can get an alsa plugin for pa
and that should help, but I always try not to use pa, if I can help it
-- I put spawn = no, or whatever in the pa.conf and that helped some.
