[BRLTTY] still cannot compile brltty brltty on Mac 10.11 El Capitan

Hi, Dave and Cheryl,

I  have the same issue here.
but lazily i hacked  making a copy of bratty  (compiled on yosemite and it is working, except for the braille keyboard at this time,
because of a screen error.

Please tell me if you have in 10.11 /usr/include path or not.
this directory is not created nor filled at all by Xcode 7.1
i was told to download manually the command line tools (additional tools) from the developer site of apple.
i cannot do it this week but the next one i will experiment with this.
