[BRLTTY] still cannot compile brltty brltty on Mac 10.11 El Capitan

I sure hope usb is still working because i am using that primarily with my braille edge. But I will try to connect with bluetooth instead if necessary. I suppose I should test that again anyway since I haven't used that for a while.
