[BRLTTY] VarioUltra support

Hi Dave and thanks for the info,
It's a bit tricky for me to build BRLTTY at the moment. I tried without 
success to build a standalone binary of BRLTTY on my Ubuntu server to copy 
over to my win10/Fedora dual-boot system to which the VarioUltra is 
connected.
