When I went to research this, I found that someone had generated a
new set of pages (thanks!).  So, any issues I was thinking about
have probably been remedied.  I'll post again if something turns up.

Thanks also for patching the code and generating a clean version of
the "BrlAPI Reference manual" as text.  However, I still wonder what
BrlAPI changes may need to added to the 2006 document.
