[BRLTTY] Android: Brltty Won't Read Home Screen

It's the first time I've been told about this problem. Unfortunately, I can't 
easily check it out at the moment as the latest Android device I have is 
running Kitkat. Maybe Lollipop has introduced something new that brltty isn't 
dealing with properly.
