[BRLTTY] Prefs menu and specific Braille displays

Wow. I’d never fiddle with making changes to contraction tables. Make sure that screen is started before BRLTTY. If so, and still no braille, I’d just reinstall BRLTTY unless someone else makes another suggestion.
