[BRLTTY] /etc/brlty is full of empty folders

$ sudo apt-get remove brltty

$ sudo rm -r /etc/brltty
$ sudo rm brltty.conf

$ sudo apt-get install brltty

The menu now doesn't come up either, presumably because it has no
files to work with. I've done this twice now, with the same result.
