[BRLTTY] cannot install brltty 5.4 latest git on gentoo

Looks like the udev.rules file was renamed in git about three weeks ago.
The new path is Autostart/Udev/rules,
so try editing your ebuild to use that instead of
Autostart/Udev/udev.rules.
