[BRLTTY] cannot install brltty 5.4 latest git on gentoo

Well the real solution is to figure out why it's not building with
your linuxdoc and fix that.  I can try and do some digging, but I can't
promise much, since I know next to nothing about linuxdoc.
Maybe someone who knows more about it than I do will chime in with
something helpful.
