[BRLTTY] cannot install brltty 5.4 latest git on gentoo

If you look in the sgml source - Documents/Manual-BrlAPI/English/BrlAPI.sgml - 
you'll see, right at the bottom, that the end tag - </article> - is indeed 
there.
