[BRLTTY] no input from braille keys under some conditions

Yes, my mistake ..  in editing i inadvertently added the -c
Here is another log. This is from boot, connecting the Bralliant and
running the brlapitest (sending braille key (code=27) several times and
then CSRTRK). I restart brltty and send braille key (code=27)
