[BRLTTY] no input from braille keys under some conditions

Yeah, sorry that was an incorrect file.  When I uninstalled the raspbian
package I lost the service file and in recreating it I forgot the "forking"
issue and actually logged no output till I restarted brltty.  Anyway this
is the correct log file.
