[BRLTTY] Two bugs: Long key presses in BrlAPI; and AtSpi2 screen driver

Hello!

I would like to remind you about this: I still cannot use brltty with a2 screen
driver. Please see my original message below. I'm not much help with debugging
now, because I'll be on holidays for a while, but I wish that somebody else
tries to use the a2 driver with current BRLTTY git head and then report back here.
