I made a package for Slint64-14.2 including a startup script and
the udev rules.

In dmesg's output and /var/log/messages I see:

Jun 29 08:10:03 didier kernel: <27>[    6.536711] udevd[581]: invalid key/value pair in file /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb-brltty.rules on line 450, starting at character 1 ('R')
Jun 29 08:10:03 didier kernel: <30>[    7.008807] udevd[582]: starting eudev-3.1.5
Jun 29 08:10:03 didier kernel: <27>[    7.063349] udevd[582]: invalid key/value pair in file /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb-brltty.rules on line 450, starting at character 1 ('R')
<snip>
Jun 29 08:10:04 didier kernel: <27>[   26.123489] udevd[582]: invalid key/value pair in file /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb-brltty.rules on line 450, starting at character 1 ('R')

I do not know if that hurts, will ask Philippe DELAVALADE to test.

Maybe this is linked to this commit that changes line #450?
"Use the udev device name (rather than the brltty device identifier) as the systemd instance neme (dm)

We ship eudev 3.1.5. (gentoo project), not systemd.
