[BRLTTY] NVDA and BRLTTY

Hi:

I just wanted to point out that brltty is only needed if the braille
display is not natively supported by NVDA.
Access the NVDA braille options to find your display in the listand
chose braille tables to use and hit enter.
At this point your display should just start working.
However, if your display is not in the list brltty is required to use
your braille device with NVDA.
