[BRLTTY] could this be a bug?

hi
This is very odd. I have the log-level set to debug so you guys get the
most information and the log-file option set to /var/log/brltty.log, but
no brltty log is being created. I checked /tmp/brltty.log just in case,
but nothing. The options aren't commented out and they look like every
other option in the file. I've restarted brltty once and my computer
once but nothing. I'm stumped. I have the orca log ready to go.

Thanks
Kendell Clar
