[BRLTTY] Brltty is installed on my Mac, but the braille display doesn't start.

I have both screen and brltty installed. I turned off Voiceover and
then started brltty, but brltty did not take control of the Braille
display. It did appear to start successfully, it just gave no Braille
output. I noticed during the configure process that several services
weren't available to it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
