[BRLTTY] Problem with BrailleNote Apex and Amazon Fire

Hello,
I have a BrailleNote Apex and I have paired the Apex with my 
Amazon Fire tablet.  I tried to set the Apex up to be used as a 
braille display for brltty.  I went into my braille terminal mode 
on the BrailleNote Apex, and there is nothing showing up on my 
braille display.  If anyone can help, it would be greatly 
appreciated.
