[BRLTTY] BRLTTY crash

That worked for two boots now and I suppose it's stable.

I'm still having no speech after boot, I need to do:

sudos ervice brltty stop
sudo speech-dispatcher
sudo service brltty start

Autospawn of speech-dispatcher works for other clients (Orca, spd-say) and hence
I wonder whether BRLTTY is missing something which would trigger the autospawn
of speech-dispatcher?
